However you should understand that Circle of Healing is monitored by other survivors in their own free time and cannot be held responsible for constant moderation of these areas. The administration agrees to do its best, but we are human, and you understand that occasionally things may slip by us. Circle of Healing reserves the right at all times to disclose any information deemed by Circle of Hope necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.
